Dr. Vonetta Dotson is a neuropsychologist, researcher, author, speaker, and founder of CerebroFit Integrated Brain Health. Her work focuses on helping people optimize brain health across the lifespan through science-based, whole-person approaches that support how we think, feel, and function every day.

Dr. Dotson serves as Chief of Neuropsychology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and is a member of the faculty at Harvard Medical School and Georgia State University. Her research focuses on brain health, aging, emotional wellness, and factors that influence cognitive and emotional functioning across the lifespan, including social determinants of health. Her work has been supported by organizations including the National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation, and Alzheimer’s Association.

Inspired by both her research and clinical experience, Dr. Dotson founded CerebroFit to create a more integrated and accessible approach to brain health—one that brings together neuropsychology, emotional wellness, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle strategies in one coordinated model.

Dr. Dotson is also an internationally recognized speaker and leader in clinical neuropsychology and brain health education. Her book, Keep Your Wits About You: The Science of Brain Maintenance as You Age, is a practical guide that translates neuroscience and healthy aging research into realistic strategies for supporting brain health in everyday life.
