Our Story
CerebroFit grew out of a question founder Dr. Vonetta Dotson kept returning to throughout her research and clinical work: If lifestyle habits play such a powerful role in brain health, why is it so hard for people to find coordinated support to make lasting changes? Too often, brain health, mental health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness services existed in separate spaces, leaving individuals and families to piece everything together on their own. Dr. Dotson envisioned a more integrated, accessible approach—one grounded in science but centered on real life. That vision became CerebroFit: a one-stop resource designed to help people build healthier brains and healthier lives.
