What is a neuropsychological assessment?

Using standardized, research-based testing, our licensed psychologists help identify cognitive strengths and challenges and provide personalized recommendations to support brain health and everyday functioning. How can I make my brain healthier?

Research shows that brain health is influenced by many aspects of daily life, including physical activity, nutrition, sleep, mental health, stress management, social connection, mental stimulation, and medical care. Small, sustainable lifestyle changes can have meaningful effects on how we think, feel, and function over time. At CerebroFit, we help individuals build realistic habits that support brain health across cognitive, emotional, and physical domains.

What slows cognitive decline?

Although there is no guaranteed way to prevent cognitive decline, research suggests that healthy lifestyle habits may help support brain health, slow cognitive decline, and reduce dementia risk over time. Regular exercise, brain-healthy nutrition, quality sleep, mental health, stress management, social engagement, management of medical conditions, and ongoing mental stimulation have all been linked to healthier cognitive aging. Early identification of cognitive concerns and proactive support may also be beneficial.
