
Ajené Hall, LMSW
Ajené received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Bowie State University. In 2014, Ajené moved to New York City, where she completed her Masters degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Ajené has an immense passion to assist all humans through challenging situations, with a focus on anxiety and depression. Outside of practicing Social Work, she enjoys giving back to her community by participating in volunteer and service projects. As a 200-hr Certified Yoga Instructor, meditation and breathwork coach with over 8 years of experience, Ajené challenges herself daily to be vulnerable, open, and honest with everyone she encounters. She believes the power of positive thinking is the most successful tool we can impart on ourselves and others.
