We believe exercise can do more than just change the way you look. Exercise can impact other areas of well-being, including your brain health and your emotional and mental state. With our personal training services, our trainer, Nate Anthony, provides customized training programs to fit each individual’s needs. Whether you have a clean bill of health or you have been diagnosed with a medical condition, we have a training program for you!
Personal training is available in three formats:
- In-person training at our center. One-on-one, partner (2 people), and small-group (3 people) options are available.
- Online training through Zoom. One-on-one, partner (2 people), and small-group (3 people) options are available.
- Virtual app-based training. Customized workouts are sent to you to perform at your convenience.
You can choose from a variety of workout packages based on your fitness goals and how often you want to work out:
- General Workout Program: Includes a variety of workouts based on your personal goals.
- Weight Loss Program: Includes a customized training program based on your goals and metrics such as weight, hip and waist circumference, body fat, BMI, etc.
- Strength Gain Program: Includes a customized training program based on goals for building strength.
- Flexibility and Balance Program: Includes low impact exercises to improve overall flexibility and balance, such as yoga movements with a mixture of balance infused exercises. Recommended for individuals with tight muscles or problems balancing.
- Chair Exercise Program: Includes a variety of exercises that can be performed in a chair with little to no equipment. Recommended for individuals with limited mobility.
- Sports Specific Program: Includes plyometric, kinesthetic, balance, strength and other exercises based on the specific sport. This program is customized based on the specific skills you are looking to improve for your sport.
- Virtual Small Group Training: Online classes via video conferencing with 3 to 10 students. Includes a variety of aerobic and strength exercises that can be performed without equipment.
