Pricing
Credit card payments are accepted online through our secure client portal for all of our services. Cash and checks can also be accepted in person for neuropsychological evaluations. Checks are made payable to CerebroFit LLC.
Neuropsychological Services
- Memory screening – $300
- Comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation – $200/hour
*A $100 deposit is required to hold testing dates. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the evaluation. Full payment is due at the time of the evaluation.
Personal Training
- Fitness consultation – $50
- In-person training
- 30-minute session – $55
- 60-minute session – $80
- 10-session package – starting at $468 ($46.80/session)
- Online training through Zoom
- 2-week trial – $50
- 30-minute session – $25
- 60-minute session – $45
- Monthly packages – starting at $120/month ($15/session)
- App-based training
- 2-week trial – $50
- Monthly packages – starting at $120/month ($15/session)

Nutrition Services
- Initial consult (75-minute session) – $150
- Follow-up consult (30-minute session) – $75
Online Health Coaching
- $50/hour for individual one hour sessions
- $45/hour for a package of ten
Counseling Services
- $160 for a 45-minute individual therapy session
Speaking Services and Medical Writing

Insurance
We do not accept insurance. Your insurance company may reimburse you for some of our services. We can provide you with a written bill with all the information necessary to submit claims to your insurance company; however, we cannot guarantee any reimbursement amounts. You are responsible for filing a claim. Contact your insurance company to find out about their reimbursement policies and how to file a claim.
