Vonetta Dotson, PhD
Dr. Dotson is a neuropsychologist, author and speaker. She completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology at the University of Florida in 2006 with a specialization in neuropsychology and a certificate in gerontology. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia. Her career has focused on teaching, providing clinical care and conducting research related to brain health and aging. Dr. Dotson is Senior Project Scientist for Behavioral Health at NASA (KBR) and author of the upcoming book Keep Your Brain Young: A Science-based Approach to Strengthen and Protect Your Aging Brain.

Nate Anthony, MS, FMS-C, BWR
Nate Anthony is a personal trainer and former collegiate athlete with expertise in human movement and function. He has a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Georgia State University. He is certified in Spartan Race Training, Functional Movement Screen Level 1 and Level 2, CPR, and Basic Water Rescue. Nate has experience working with a variety of age groups and skill levels, including people with medical conditions. He focuses on making exercising fun instead of feeling like a chore. He believes that exercising can be fun if people find that physical activity that they enjoy doing. Whether it’s going skating, hiking or rock climbing, there is something for everyone!
Tina Williamson
Tina Williamson is a Health & Wellness Coach, Master Trainer of Physical Fitness and Group Exercise, as well as a passionate and positive ambassador of Change. With 30+ years experience in the Fitness Industry, Tina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health & Physical Education from Georgia State University where she was awarded “Student of the Year” by the Department of Kinesiology her senior year. She received her certificate for Health & Wellness Coaching from Emory University in 2018 and currently holds the position of Health & Wellness Coach at Athletic Club Northeast in Atlanta, GA.
With multiple group exercise certifications ranging from resistance training and sports-inspired cardio workouts to yoga based mind-body classes with elements of tai-chi and pilates, Tina is a proven leader in the fitness industry. At 56 years young, Tina’s purpose is to support people through the process of changing the things in their lives that will help them LIVE WELL. She is the “accountabilibuddy” you’re looking for to walk with you through the process of change. She is eager to be of service to the world!
Angela R. Bethea Walsh, PhD
Angela R. Bethea-Walsh, PhD received her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Lehigh University. She completed a 3-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Health and Addictions Psychology at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, Department of Psychiatry and Department of Medicine, Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She is the owner of Bethea Consulting and Psychological Services, P.C. (Bethea CPS), a private practice located in Atlanta, Georgia.
She practices evidence-based, culturally-sensitive interventions with an emphasis on social justice. She enjoys working with individuals presenting with relationship concerns, anxiety (including performance anxiety), emotional/sexual/physical/cultural trauma, depression, insomnia, problematic substance use, substance use disorders, stress related to racial and sexual identity development, weight loss, chronic pain, pre-/postnatal mental health, and fertility concerns.
Alissa Palladino MS, RDN, LD, CPT
Alissa Palladino MS, RDN, LD, CPT is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and certified personal trainer based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is passionate about the power of nutrition and physical activity to optimize health, prevent or better manage disease, increase energy levels, enhance athletic performance, and improve quality of life.
After graduating from Yale University, Alissa earned her Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from New York University in 2013 and completed her Dietetic Internship at Emory Healthcare. Since 2014, Alissa has worked in a variety of corporate, community, medical, and fitness settings. Her specialty areas include sports performance nutrition, weight management, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. Alissa is dedicated to providing empathetic, evidence-based and highly individualized care, discouraging fad diets, and instead helping clients develop a pattern of eating and movement that is nourishing, sustainable and enjoyable.
Martina Azar, PhD
Dr. Martina Azar is a bilingual (Spanish-English) neuropsychologist who is passionate in healthy equity, access, and culturally informed applications of neuropsychology to large-scale domains (public health, policy, technology). She completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology at Drexel University in 2021 with specialization in neuropsychology, and predoctoral internship at VA Boston Healthcare System with special emphases in neuropsychology and geropsychology. She has worked with a variety of medically and psychiatrically complex individuals, and has specialized in memory and movement disorders, in Spanish and English.
Her research and clinical practice have mutually and dynamically informed one another via lens of public health, neuropsychology, and geriatrics, with particular interest in serving and increasing access to brain health education and tools to traditionally underserved groups (e.g., diagnosis, cognitive rehabilitation). She has held leadership, supervision and teaching roles over the years as she enjoys collaborative and dynamic work environments as well as mentoring junior trainees.
