Our 6-week online Brain Fog Program offers information, practical tips, and resources to empower you to manage symptoms of brain fog and improve your overall brain health. The program is led by a team of experts in neuropsychology, brain health, exercise, and nutrition, and all of the content is based on the latest research on brain fog and general brain health.
Here’s how it works:
Each week, you will receive an email with links to a set of three modules.
You will receive new content each week, but you can go at your own pace.
The program costs only $300, and you’ll have the option of adding on options, such as live Zoom sessions with one of our experts, throughout the program. You’ll also receive a discount if you decide to sign up for one or more of CerebroFit’s regular services, such as personal training or nutrition consultation.
Our program aims to give you the tools to start a brain-healthy lifestyle that may help with symptoms of brain fog. It is not meant to replace individualized clinical care for people with severe memory, cognitive, or mental health concerns.
