We offer a variety of in-person and online services to empower people of all ages to live a lifestyle that promotes brain health. Neuropsychological Services
A neuropsychological assessment with one of our licensed psychologists helps you better understand how your brain is functioning, including your memory, attention, and other cognitive skills, using standardized testing.
We offer two options:
- Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation: A thorough assessment for those with significant memory or cognitive concerns (3–6 hours)
- Brief Memory Screening: A cognitive check-up to identify any areas that may need closer attention, and to track your brain health over time (90 minutes)
After your evaluation, you’ll receive a written report and personalized recommendations, including brain-healthy lifestyle resources through CerebroFit and in the community.
Whenever possible, neuropsychological evaluations are conducted in person to allow for the most comprehensive and valid assessment of cognitive functioning. Telehealth options may be available for individuals living in Georgia and other select states.
Cognitive Training & Brain Skills Coaching
Cognitive training and brain skills coaching can help you learn practical strategies to support everyday functioning and long-term brain health.
Working one-on-one with a neuropsychologist, you will receive guidance tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and specific cognitive concerns. Sessions may focus on strategies to improve memory, attention, organization, planning, mental clarity, and cognitive efficiency in real-world settings such as work, school, or daily routines. Depending on your needs, services may also include recommendations for online cognitive training tools and structured exercises that can be completed independently between sessions.
In addition to targeted cognitive exercises, we incorporate evidence-based brain health strategies related to sleep, stress management, physical activity, nutrition, and emotional wellness.
Sessions are generally held weekly for 50 minutes in our Decatur, GA studio or via telehealth.

At CerebroFit, our certified personal trainers take a whole-person approach to fitness by creating individualized programs that support both body and brain wellness.

At CerebroFit, our nutritionists take a science-based, whole-person approach to helping individuals build sustainable eating habits that support overall wellness and long-term health.
Nutrition services begin with a comprehensive assessment of your health history, lifestyle habits, dietary patterns, goals, and any relevant medical conditions. We work collaboratively with clients to better understand how nutrition and other lifestyle factors may affect brain and physical health and to develop practical strategies that fit everyday life.
Our nutritionists provide individualized guidance for general wellness as well as support related to a variety of health concerns, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, weight management, and healthy aging.
Nutrition services may include:

Our counseling services are designed to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges while building healthier patterns that promote long-term well-being.
Our therapists provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive care within an environment of warmth, trust, compassion, and collaboration. We recognize that change can be difficult, uncomfortable, and sometimes overwhelming, especially when people feel stuck despite repeated efforts to move forward. CerebroFit’s 6-week online Brain Fog Program was designed to help individuals better understand brain fog and build practical habits that support cognitive and emotional wellness. Led by experts in neuropsychology, exercise, and nutrition, the program combines the latest research on brain health with realistic, actionable strategies you can apply in everyday life.
Each week, you’ll receive access to three self-paced modules:
- Cognitive Fitness: Learn about the science of brain fog and brain health, understand cognitive skills such as memory and attention, and explore practical strategies to support clearer thinking and mental performance.
- Exercise: Complete two workouts each week and follow movement recommendations designed to support cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, stability, and overall brain health.
- Nutrition: Learn how nutrition affects brain function, explore brain-healthy meal planning strategies, and discover recipes and nutrients that support cognitive wellness.
You’ll receive new content each week, but you can complete the program at your own pace and revisit materials as needed.

Optimizing Strength, Nutrition, and Brain Health for GLP-1 Users
GLP-1 medications can be powerful tools for weight loss and metabolic health, but they may also contribute to muscle loss, inadequate nutrition, fatigue, and other changes that can affect overall health and brain function. Foundations to Thrive was created to help GLP-1 users take a more balanced, sustainable approach to wellness while protecting both body and brain health.
Led by experts in neuropsychology, nutrition, and exercise science, this 4-week online program combines the latest science with practical strategies designed for real life. Participants learn how to support strength, energy, cognitive wellness, and long-term health while navigating the unique challenges that can accompany GLP-1 medications. Each week, participants receive self-paced educational content and practical tools focused on nutrition, exercise, and brain health.
- Resistance Training: Learn how resistance training and movement support muscle preservation, physical function, metabolic health, and brain health. The program includes two workouts each week and practical exercise strategies to help you maintain muscle mass.
- Nutrition: Explore strategies to maintain adequate nutrition during weight loss, including guidance on protein intake, nutrient-dense foods, meal planning, hydration, and brain-healthy eating habits.
- Brain Health & Wellness: Understand how lifestyle habits influence cognitive and emotional wellness, and learn practical strategies to support energy, focus, motivation, and long-term brain health throughout your wellness journey.
Participants can complete the program on their own schedule and revisit materials as needed.
